• Call booking: the name, email address and details you enter on Cal.com.
• Technical data: server logs and strictly necessary cookies (language preference).

• Answering your requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
• Cookie-free audience measurement (legitimate interest).

4. Processors and recipients

Data is processed by the following providers, strictly as needed to operate the service:

• Cal.com, Inc. (USA) — call booking
• Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) — email inbox (Google Workspace)
• PostHog (EU hosting) — audience measurement, without cookies or persistent identifiers

Transfers outside the EU are governed by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914).
